Address Change LLC (or "us" or "our" or "we" or ADDRESS CHANGE)
is the owner and operator of www.change-of-address-online.com. ADDRESS
CHANGE provides a service (referred to as the "Service" in this
document) where people can change their address with the United States
Postal Service ("USPS") using a streamlined and easy to use process.
ADDRESS CHANGE LLC is not a government agency and is not affiliated in any
way with the USPS. ADDRESS CHANGE LLC functions as your agent in
accomplishing your change of address request with the USPS.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not permanently store any information submitted to
our servers. All information collected is only used to complete your
change of address forms. If payment is not submitted within thirty (30)
days our servers automatically purge all submitted data. Upon completion
of paid applications, all data is manually purged from our database.
Your information will never be shared with a third party other than to
add value to and/or provide additional services related to your moving
needs.

provided to us by our users. This includes any information provided to
us through the Service, including any information submitted to us
through various change of address forms. By using the Service, you are

its sole discretion, may share any information collected, stored and
processed, if it has a good faith belief that to do is reasonably
necessary to (1) enforce its Terms of Use; (2) detect, investigate and
otherwise address fraud, security or technical breaches or related
matters; or (3) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or
safety of ADDRESS CHANGE LLC, the Service, its users, or the public as
required or permitted by law.
ADDRESS CHANGE LLC shares transaction information with our third party
payment processor ("Payment Processor") when you make payment for use of
the Service. The information shared with our Payment Processor is
limited to such information as required by the Payment Processor to

store the financial information (e.g. your credit card number) provided
by you to our Payment Processor. ADDRESS CHANGE LLC only stores the results
